Farquhar Design has completed a project for the Electrical Safety Council, and app launched on iPhone and Android platforms. The app is aimed at 11 – 16 year olds, has quizzes, revision notes and also safety information. The launch of the app was part of a major overhaul by Farquhar design to the TwoThirtyVolts website which included a rather groovy timeline… have a look. As always great collaborating with Peter Hartree on this.

Itchenor Sailing Club, located near Chichester approached Farquhar Designs for an eye catching design to be used for promotional materials for the annual ‘Open Day’ 2012.

Loved researching and the design side of the project, in the end we delivered promotional posters, postcards, an email and web page.

Farquhar Design were commissioned to come up with branding, signage and a website for Workspace Chichester Ltd. The branding is for a portfolio of fully serviced commercial properties in the heart of Chichester, they include St Johns House, and 4 Northgate

Switched On Magazine designed by Farquhar Design has been printed and distrubuted. This quarterly magazine by the Electrical Safety Council is distributed to local governments and electrical industries across the UK.

Electronic versions of the publication ware also delivered via an email campaign provided by Farquhar Design

Farquhar Design also created the logo for Apex Openbooks. The illustrations were commissioned from Fred one of the illustrators at www.arty2.com.

Housing viabilty, affordability and planning specialists Adams Integra approached Farquhar Design for a new website. The new site sits on a WordPress base, using the content management system and utilises a good search engine optimisation (SEO) plug-in.

Tally Ho – Books Away! Branding and website design for an accounting service.

Had great fun coming up with the name and branding image for a Chichester based book-keeping based accountancy service - Tally Ho – Books Away!. The client really had an open brief makes the job creative and more satisfying.

Farquhar design has also produced a series of adverts for the company using the strong imagery.

The portfolio includes the most popular business and management courses plus brand new technical training courses designed to develop all engineers and technical professionals. The Training course guide is also featured on the IMechE site using page turning technology.

The Fire and Rescue Service in Wales are going to use cartoon characters created,  illustrated and animated by Farquhar Design for their winter safety childrens safety campaign. The campaign will be made up of posters, flyers and also a radio competition. The characters were developed and animated for the ESC and for the successful website Switched On Kids.

Part of the design brief was to make the 3 sites appear from the same family and devise a content management system that enables users to update the sites quickly and easily – Contractor search – News feeds and much more.

Vintage at Goodwood festival

Vintage at Goodwood festival was held for the first time near Chichester – A music and fashion led celebration of creative British cool from the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s & 80s. Wayne Hemmingway (South Coast Design Forum) with his wife and the Earl of March put on the event.

Benchmark Electrical Safety Technology website has now gone live. The design for this site is simple but aims promote the brand well. Part of the brief was to make the Content Management System (CMS) easy to access and maintain. The site also features an RSS feed, blog and promotional column, all of which can be easily updated by the user.
